Xiaomi Wanbo T2 MAX LCD Projector Review
Wanbo has already launched two similar compact projectors, the T2 Free and the T2 Pro, and today we found a new one in the series, called the T2 MAX.
It’s responsible to say that there’s little to no difference between the three models. This new product, the Wanbo T2 Max Projector, features 150 ANSI lumens and is compatible with 1080 pixel resolution. The device can project screen sizes of 40 to 120 inches from a distance of 1.5 to 3.0 meters. However, it requires manual focus, and the scroll button is located on the back. It also supports ±40° vertical keystone correction.
The Wanbo T2 MAX uses a completely enclosed, internally circulating optical machine technology to dissipate heat from the projector. This design completely eliminates the effects of dust build-up on the optical path, thereby extending the life of the projector.
In addition, it uses diffusing reflection technology. Compared with auto-luminescence imaging, diffuse reflection imaging is softer, causing less eye strain during prolonged observation.
It is equipped with two 3W speakers on the left and right sides. There is also a turbofan inside the projector that circulates and dissipates heat from the inside of the device to the LCD screen. The two fans inside the machine direct the airflow from the rear heat sink and chip processor channels, thereby extending the life of the LED lights. With good thermal performance, the LED bulbs last up to 20,000 hours.
It is worth mentioning that the back of the T2 Max projector features HDMI, AV, and other inputs for easy connection to devices such as laptops and TV boxes.
