Nebula projectors can play videos stored on a USB flash drive with FAT32 format.
If your USB flash drive fails to play videos, you can check and do as following steps.

- Make sure the format of the USB flash drive connected to your Nebula is one of the following formats, FAT32, NTFS, or exFAT.
- Make sure that you’ve installed a video player (For example, VLC, MX Player) from the Nebula App store, say, “Nebula Manager”.
- Try using another USB flash drive with FAT32 format.
- Try playing different videos with different video formats.
- Reset the projectors by Selecting Settings > About > Recovery.
- Make sure the OTG adapter (if used) is working well.

May the tip can help you out.
