VANKYO Leisure 3W adopts infrared-based remote control. If the remote control doesn’t work, you can try the following tips for troubleshooting.
- Check if the distance to the projector is so far.
- Make sure that the remote control points at the IR receiver directly.
- Do not cover IR receiver with sundries.
- Try a new pair of batteries for the remote control.
