Blurry Images
- Roll the focus knob.
- Keep distance between TMY projector and screen.
- Turn the lights off or close the curtain.
- Check whether the TMY projector is aligned with the screen.
- Clean the lens of the TMY projector.
- Check whether the lens cover is removed.
Remote Control Doesn’t work
- Replace a new battery for the projector.
- Points the remote control to the IR receiver with a proper angle.
- Keep close to the projector when using the remote control.
- Don’t block the IR receiver. No block between the projector and remote control.
- Clean the IR receiver with a soft cloth.
- Avoid strong light around the projector’s remote control.
The green light on Image
- Check the lamp of the projector.

The Image is Too Small
- Move the TMY projector far from the screen or wall.
The Image is Not Rectangular
- Adjust the keystone knob on the TMY projector.
- Place the projector on a flat surface and keep the projector parallel to the screen.
The Projector Can’t Turn On
- Check whether the power cord is connected correctly.
- Check the power socket is normal.
- Check whether the projector is overheated.
