If the Puppy Cube crashes suddenly or does not work normally, you can try the following solutions for troubleshooting.
1. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to force restart the Puppy Cube projector.
2. If the force restart operation has no effect, insert a pin or other long and thin object into the RESET hole to force shut down the device. After the device shuts down, press the power button to restart the device and complete the reset operation.
