It is widely believed that projectors are better for the eyes than TVs. Is it true?
The answer is yes provided you don’t look directly at the projector lens when it is working.
So, why projectors are better for eyes than TVs?
It is decided by the working principles of the two devices.
TV screens release much direct blue light and flicker frequently while projector screens produce less blue light and give indirect light with no flickers. That’s because the projector adopts diffuse reflection while the TV adopts direct reflection.
Though projectors are better for the eyes, you can not keep staring at screens for a long time.
