Optoma UHD55 Remote Control Troubleshooting
If your Optoma UHD55 projector’s remote doesn’t work suddenly, you can try the following solutions below.
Check the operating angle of the remote control. The remote is pointed within ±15° (horizontally) or ±10° (vertically) to the IR receivers on the projector.
Make sure there are not any obstructions between the remote control and the projector. Move to within 7 m (~22 ft) of the projector.
Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
Replace the batteries for the remote control if they are exhausted.
