If your Optoma UHD55 projector’s remote doesn’t work suddenly, you can try the following solutions below.
- Check the operating angle of the remote control. The remote is pointed within ±15° (horizontally) or ±10° (vertically) to the IR receivers on the projector.
- Make sure there are not any obstructions between the remote control and the projector. Move to within 7 m (~22 ft) of the projector.
- Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
- Replace the batteries for the remote control if they are exhausted.
