If your remote of Optoma CinemaX P2 projector doesn’t work, you can see the following items for troubleshooting.


- Keep a proper distance from the Optoma CinemaX P2 projector. Don’t walk far away from the projector.
- Check the operating angle of the remote control is pointed within ±15° to the IR receiver on the projector.
- Make sure there are not any obstructions between the remote control and the projector.
- Make sure to operate the remote control only in front of the projector.
- Try to operate the remote control by pointing it to the projected image.
- Charge the battery if it is exhausted.
- Make sure the remote control is paired successfully with the projector. Upon successful connection,
- when a button is pressed, the LED indicator on the remote control lights solid blue.
