Optoma CinemaX P2 Remote Control Doesn’t Work Troubleshooting

If your remote of Optoma CinemaX P2 projector doesn’t work, you can see the following items for troubleshooting.

Keep a proper distance from the Optoma CinemaX P2 projector. Don’t walk far away from the projector.
Check the operating angle of the remote control is pointed within ±15° to the IR receiver on the projector.
Make sure there are not any obstructions between the remote control and the projector.
Make sure to operate the remote control only in front of the projector.
Try to operate the remote control by pointing it to the projected image.
Charge the battery if it is exhausted.
Make sure the remote control is paired successfully with the projector. Upon successful connection,
when a button is pressed, the LED indicator on the remote control lights solid blue.
