KEEPWISE Projector Remote Doesn’t Work Troubleshooting

KEEPWISE projector adopts IR-based remote control. You can try the following solutions if the remote doesn’t work.

• Check whether the battery is depleted. Try to replace a new pair of batteries.
• Points the remote control to the IR receiver of the KEEPWISE projector.
• Walk close to the KEEPWISE projector when you use the remote control.
• Don’t cover or block the IR receiver.
• Clean the IR receiver on the projector and the IR transmitter on the remote with a soft cloth.
• You can use the shortcut buttons on the top of the projector temporarily.

If all the solutions above don’t work, try to replace a new remote control.
