When you are watching VAVA Chroma Laser Projector, and suddenly the system freezed, what shoul we do to solve the issue?

You could try the following steps to see if it solves the issue:

1. Removed all 3rd party devices.
2. Power cycle by unplugging the power cable wait for 5mins and plug it back in.
3. Check for the latest firmware version 1.4.2
4. Perform a factory reset 3x
