1. Make sure that your remote control is pointed correctly
The remote control should be perpendicular to the back panel of the projector during use. Do not let the remote control be perpendicular to the side panel of the QKK projector when using the remote control.
If you’re pointing the remote control toward the corner angle of the projector, the infrared signal may be poor, causing an ineffective operation.
2. Use the remote control within 10 feet
If the distance is too far, the signal transmission may be failed. You can use the remote control within 10 feet away from the projector.
3. Check the battery of the remote control
If the battery of the remote control is exhausted, you can buy new ones to replace and try again.
