If your DR.J projector remote control doesn’t work, you can check the following conditions for troubleshooting.
1. Check whether the battery of the remote control is depleted. If yes, you can replace a new pair of batteries.
2. Check whether the distance is too far. Use the remote within 10 feet away from the projector.
3. Point the remote control at the front of the projector or at the screen. Do not point the remote control at the side panel of the projector.
4. Clean the dust or dirt on the remote control.
5. If all the tips above don’t work, you can contact the service or replace a new remote control for your DR.J projector.
