If you find your DR.J projector has no sound when playing videos, you can try the following solutions for troubleshooting.
1. If you are using Firestick/ Netflix/ Apple TV to play videos on the DR.J projector:
- Try to turn off the Dolby audio and stereo audio to see if the sound comes out.
- Switch the audio in the Netflix settings to the Non 5.1 option.
- You can use an HDMI to RCA, then the sound will work properly.
2. If you connect your laptop, check the audio output setting of your laptop to choose HDMI as the audio output.
3. Check whether the projector is mute. Adjust projector volume by means of your remote.
4. Reset the DR.J projector to factory default.
