If your CiBest projectors have a problem with the image. You can check the following solutions for troubleshooting.
Blurry Image
Rotate the focus button to gain the best clarity.
Keep an effective Projection Distance: 0.8 – 3.8m; the distance refers to the distance between the projector lens and screen/wall.
Close the curtain to decrease the ambient light.
Irregular Image
Adjust/roll the keystone knob on the CiBest projector.
Keep the projector flat and perpendicular to the screen.
Small Image
Move the projector farther from the screen to make the image bigger. Please adjust the image size within the recommended screen size of the projector.
